Supplies Inventory
As of Wednesday, January 31, 2018
Lone Elm Farms, Inc.
Description Quantity Avg. Cost Total Cost
Chemicals
Fertilizer & Lime
DAP -0.014 ton (US) $34,382.14 ($481.35)
Lime 384.639 ton (US) $7.50 $2,884.78
POT -0.014 ton (US) $16,870.00 ($236.18)
Total Fertilizer & Lime Cost $2,167.25
Why would my inventory for DAP/POT have such a large avg cost? When I print the same supply inventory report out as of today (4/2/18) it doesn't even show that I have any DAP/POT in stock, which is correct. But there shouldn't be any on this date of 01/31/18 either. When I go to allocate the -.014 tons, then it really starts screwing with my totals.
I notice I am having the same issue in another project:
Supplies Inventory
As of Wednesday, January 31, 2018
B&M Ag, Inc.
Fertilizer & Lime
DAP 0.003 ton (US) ($3,496.67) ($10.49)
Lime 246.807 ton (US) $7.41 $1,828.40
POT 0.003 ton (US) $2,700.00 $8.10
Total Fertilizer & Lime Cost $1,826.01
Again, I am setting the date of my project to 1/31/18 to go back and get an inventory balance as of that date.
Thanks,
Becky
